To begin the process of Enrolment, we ask families to register their interest to attend a Public Information Session. The session will give you a good idea of whether your child(ren) will thrive in the Koonwarra Village School environment.  Our next Public Information Session will be on Tuesday 8th October, 2024.

For families seeking to apply for Foundation enrolment for their children, attendance is required at our Foundation Enrolment Information Session. This is held in Term 1 of the year prior to enrolment, please register your interest for this session via the registration link.

Families with pre-school aged children are encouraged to attend our weekly bush playgroup during school cycles as this allows families to familiarize themselves to our school and mentors. We also recommend that you read about School Readiness.

Currently our enrolments across some year levels are full, but from time to time we do have spots come up and encourage families to attend a Public Information Session and apply as this allows us to offer places as soon as spots become available.

Our Enrolment Policy explains the process, timeline and approach for allocation of places.

Please note that while we welcome enrolment enquiries, we are only able to offer enrolment to students who are either living or have secured housing within these areas and their immediate surrounding localities.

School Fees

KVS fees in 2024 are $4,264 ($1066.00 per term) per child per year which includes all snacks throughout the day, lunch, excursions, camps and learning materials.

Enrolment Offer

day to day life at kvs

Our KVS Parent Handbook is a comprehensive guide to day-to-day life at KVS and is a good place to look for general information about daily routines and other commonly asked questions about our school.

The KVS School Calendar contains most of the important dates for the year, including cycle breaks, Foundation student rest days, and student-free days for mentor planning, report writing and professional development. The community is notified about special events via email and our closed Facebook group.

Important policy information, including child safety information can be found on our Policies page. Please let us know at admin@koonwarravillageschool.org if you are after some information that you haven’t been able to find.
